Curriculum Pillar 2

Voice, Accent & Personality Development

Moving past standard tenses, this training module turns you into a clear communicator. Under Dr. O.P. Lamba's scientific design, we neutralize mother tongue influence (MTI), train you in phonics, and focus on physical body language.

Syllabus & Learning Outcomes

In this module, we polish the way you sound and present your arguments. We build your confidence through active debates, presentation drills, and voice modulation training. This training is highly interactive and prepares you for active social and professional environments.

★ Unified, Integrated Course Design ★

We do not teach English in isolated, sequential week-by-week blocks or separate phases. Our program is a unified, fully integrated 90-day curriculum where grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, public speaking, and interview preparation are developed in parallel every single day for natural cognitive retention.

Module Component 1: Phonics & Neutralizing Regional Accents (MTI)

Understand the mechanics of English speech sounds. We help you neutralize heavy regional accents or Mother Tongue Influence (MTI). Topics covered include:

  • Vowel and consonant mouth positions and tongue movements.
  • Neutralizing regional sound biases (common Indian MTI patterns).
  • Intonation, syllable stress, word connections, and rhythm.

Module Component 2: Voice Modulation, Pitch & Speech Tempo

Learn how to project your voice with authority. Flat, monotone speech looks boring. We train you in modulation. Topics covered include:

  • Pitch control, tone variations, and managing speech volume.
  • Controlling your speech tempo (speaking at a steady, understandable speed).
  • Using pauses effectively to emphasize key points in your arguments.

Module Component 3: Body Language & Non-Verbal Communication

Over 60% of communication is visual. We train you in corporate and social physical behaviors. Topics covered include:

  • Managing physical expressions, eye contact, and posturing.
  • Using hand gestures to support your explanations and look calm.
  • Eliminating nervous habits (e.g. fidgeting, playing with pens, pacing).

Module Component 4: Public Seminars & Advanced Debates

Put your speaking skills to the test. We conduct active public speaking sessions to build stage presence. Topics covered include:

  • Topic discussions, debates, and slide presentations.
  • Handling audience questions and managing counter-arguments calmly.
  • Social etiquettes, manners, introductions, and grooming standards.

Why Voice & Accent Training Matters

In modern corporate sectors, speaking correct grammar is not enough; you must be easily understood. Neutralizing your regional accent and mastering modulation ensures your ideas are received clearly by local managers and international clients alike.
